Kale Chips

 

1 bunch of curly kale, stems removed, cut to bite sized pieces

2T olive oil

1T lemon juice

6T Nutritional Yeast

Pinch salt

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  4. Cook 30 minutes or until crispy, turning kale every 10 minutes
